How long does it take to go through the exhibit?
Guests are encouraged to take their time, go on one of our daily events, brush up on their dinosaur knowledge and play our trivia game through the Pangaea App, or even get hands on at our interactive stations! Visit times may vary, but we find that most guests spend about 60-90 minutes within the exhibit.
Am I allowed to leave Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs and return to finish my visit?
Tickets are date specific, but guests are free to return within the same day. We recommend stopping for lunch at the Pangaea Grill!
What is the best time to visit? When is the best time to arrive?
Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs is busiest during weekends and holidays and our peak times tend to be between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you’re looking for a quieter time, consider a weekday or an afternoon visit!
Can I adjust the date and/or time of my tickets?
Tickets are nonrefundable; however, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs will gladly change the date of your tickets if notified in advance.
Does the Exhibit ever sell out?
The exhibit is very popular on weekends and holidays; however, we have ample space for guests looking to take a trip back in time!
Is there a military discount available?
Yes, discounted pricing for military (with ID) will be available. For ticket prices, click here.
Do you offer a group rate?
Pangaea does have a group rate for 15 or more people
What is the cost for parking?
Parking is complimentary at Arizona Boardwalk.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes, strollers are permitted inside Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs.
Can we bring food inside the exhibit?
Outside food is not permitted in the exhibit.
What items are prohibited in the exhibit?
Restrictions include, but are not limited to, the items listed below:
- Weapons of any kind or objects that appear to be weapons including firearms, ammunition, fireworks, water grenades (metal or plastic), or knives.
- Outside food, including alcoholic beverages or bottles.
- Recreational devices with wheels, such as Segways, skateboards, hover boards, balance boards, scooters, inline skates, or shoes with built-in wheels.
- Any other items that the exhibit determines may be suspicious, harmful, unsafe, or disruptive.
Do you have Wheelchairs?
No, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs does not provide wheelchairs for guests.
Do you have lockers?
No, Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs does not provide lockers for guests.
Can I take pictures?
Our professional photographers are on hand to capture your experience for memories that you’ll cherish for a lifetime. Guests may also take pictures. We would love to see your pictures if you post to Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.
Are Service Animals permitted in the facility?
Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs is in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and permits services animals in the facility. Please refer to code 11-1024 “Service animals: rights of individuals with disabilities; violation; classification definitions” within Arizona State Legislature. The state of Arizona only recognizes dogs and miniature horses as service animals. Service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or harness Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs reserves the right to disallow a service animal from entering the building or certain areas within as defined in code 11-1024.
Is there a smoking area at Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs?
Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs is a smoke free facility. Smoking any tobacco products or electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited.
Can I touch the dinosaurs?
No, guests are not permitted to touch the dinosaurs within the exhibit.
