Refund Policy

General Policy
All ticket sales are final. At Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our visitors. To maintain the quality and fairness of our services, we have established a no-refund policy for all ticket purchases.

Non-Refundable Tickets

All Tickets: All tickets, including General Admission, Kids VIP, Military Admission, Combo Paleo Package, Twilight Admission, and Combo Admission Tickets, are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason.
Exceptions
We understand that certain circumstances may arise that are beyond your control. In such cases, please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation. Exceptions to our no-refund policy are at the sole discretion of Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your visit, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your original ticket date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Cancellations by Pangaea: In the unlikely event that Pangaea Land of the Dinosaurs needs to cancel an event or close unexpectedly, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible and provide options for rescheduling or refunds.
